When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be delivered.
Are there any extra charges for shipping and handling?
No. All our prices include shipping and handling. This means that the price you see is the total amount charged. We refuse to add a lot of confusing extra charges that suddenly show up when you reach check out. The only additional charge that we add is the required sales tax for Georgia residents.
Does My Mosaic Table ship outside the U.S.?
No. We do not currently ship outside of the continental United States.
Can I leave my table outside?
These mosaic tile tables are normally used indoors and out in Morocco, and they make excellent patio furniture. When your table is not in use, especially in winter, we recommend covering the table to protect it.
Why are the tabletops and stands separate?
All Moroccan mosaic tables are designed this way. The heavy tabletops simply rest in place on their wrought iron stands. These tabletops are very heavy, so never attempt to move one by yourself.
What about variations or imperfections in the products?
Any variations in dimension, color, and details are all evidence that these beautiful tables are handmade by master craftsmen in Morocco– not mass produced in a factory somewhere. These variations are normal and are not considered to be damages or defects.
What is your return policy?
We appreciate our customers and are committed to their satisfaction. If you need to return any merchandise purchased online from us, please email or call us within 48 hours to get a Return Authorization Number, and we will be happy to help you with the return. Please read all the information below before contacting us.
What to do when your shipment arrives:
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Do not discard the original packaging.
What to do if your shipment is damaged or incorrect:
- Report any damage to the carrier immediately.
- Call us at 1-800-219-2692 or email us at info@mymosaictable.com within 48 hours of delivery to get a Return Authorization Number and the address to which your product should be returned.
- Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages must be returned postage paid. We do not accept any C.O.D. deliveries. We also recommend that you insure all packages since you are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment.
- Ship your return immediately. To be eligible for any refund or product exchange, return items must be received by us in their original packaging and condition within 10 days of our issuing the Return Authorization Number.
As soon as we receive the return in the same condition it was sent to you, we will replace the item OR refund the purchase price less any shipping fees and credit card processing fees (if applicable).
What to do if you are not satisfied with your order:
- Call us at 1-800-219-2692 or email us at info@mymosaictable.com within 48 hours of receipt to get a Return Authorization Number and the address to which your product should be returned.
- All special or custom orders and promotional sales (discounts, coupons, etc.) are final and are not returnable or refundable.
- Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
- Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- Packages must be returned postage paid.
- We do not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
- We also recommend that you insure all packages since you will be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipment.
- Ship your return immediately.
To be eligible for any refund, return items must be received by us in their original packaging and condition within 10 days of our issuing the Return Authorization Number. As soon as we receive the return in the same condition it was sent to you, we will credit your account in full less any shipping fees, any credit card processing fees (if applicable), and a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned items except those items returned due to damage during shipping.
